Shipping policies

We work super hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible! Our typical turnaround time is 10 business days, not including holidays, but this can vary depending on drop volume. Any updates on shipping times will be shared in the announcement bar at the top of our website.

Once your package is with USPS, they take over delivery. If you experience any shipping issues, your local post office is the best place to get help. Please note, if a package is returned to us as undeliverable and needs to be re-shipped, a re-shipment fee equal to the original shipping cost will apply.
